Second day...

Well, yesterday was my second day of work. I was all alone in the bakery for three hours on my second day! Talk about overwhelming. We have to hand out cookies to kids with parents that stop by the bakery, so that kept on interupting my work. And then I had to write "Happy Birthday Insert Name Here" on, like three cakes. That was pretty nerve-racking in itself, mainly because I'm hypoglycemic, and borderline aniemic, so my hands shake real bad. I did ok, until some girl wanted me to write "Happy Birthday Gigi" on an ice cream cake, with skinny lettering. It came out, but i was concentrating oh-so hard.

There was so much stuff to package, and put out. So much to do, and so little time, apparently is a phrase alot of people use there :). I was an hour and 15 min late getting off work, and some tears were shed on my part. But, I know I'll get the hang of it eventually.
