Odd neighbors, and random street lights...

Ok, so the same thing happens every night that I drive home. There, are these 4 street lamps that I drive by on my way out of town, and every night, without fail the first one always flickers off when I drive by it, the others however always stay on. It's a little freaky. It kinda reminded me of Harry Potter. Anyone who atleast knows the first Harry Potter book, knows what I'm talking about. The main wizard in that book, Albus Dumbledore, has a little thing, called a "puter-outer". It looks kinda like a lighter. He uses it to click street lights on and off. So, whenever I drive by and see that one lamp flicker off, my thoughts immediatly turn to, maybe there is something secretive that is going on that nobody is supposed to know about :). Another thing that happens every night when I comehome, is what my odd odd neighbors do. No matter what time of the night it is, 1 in the morning, 10 at night, midnight, 2 in the morning, my neighbors always turn on their porch light and peek out their door to see who it is. Always. It freaks me out a little bit. It's almost as though they are spying on me. My neighbors are kinda freaky though, from what I'm told they are a little paranoid that it's the cops or something like that, and if you knew the people who live in my town, you would know why :). I wonder if I should take up an odd habit that I do all the time, kinda like the lampost. Oh wait...I already have that habit, I blog here :).
